Who called from 4153385516

I've had my ipkall number for a long time. They called me @ 6am, but I am on the east coast, so really their call would have been earlier. Isn't there laws about what time of day these auto-dialers can make calls?

I have set up my PBX to log the call and play back the "screaming monkeys" for this CLID, all done without the call ever getting through to me. The log shows the latest attempt to call me was at 2:44am EST on November 21st, 2010.

Yeah, i agree with you; it's some sort of confirmation call, i think.
