Call on 5/23/17 at 11:24 AM, caller ID "UCSF". Did not answer. Voice message stating that, due to my excellent payment history, I qualify for 0% interest rate on all my credit card accounts. One company cannot give someone 0% on ALL credit card accounts. Each credit card company would handle such things individually. Also, has anyone else noticed the large number of calls with 1034 as the last 4 digits? I have received over 20 in less than one month! Obviously BLOCKED this number.
