Total scam. Looked it up online and this is a phishing attempt. Trying to get atm card info.

I received this email this morning, as well.  I called my credit union, and they verified that my card has NOT been deactived.  Always conact your financial institution before you call anyone with your bank info.

Not a phone call, but an obvious phishing scam-- left this number and and link to a phony government agency [.gov].
