I received 2 calls at 9:52AM and 1:22PM today-3/17/16 from unknown name. Both times they left the following message: "The reason of this call is to inform you the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department (415)363-0177. I repeat (415)363-0177. Thank you." SCAM!!! The IRS does NOT call you. They send you a letter with their letterhead on it. They DO NOT say please and Thank you. DO NOT call these scammers! Very Annoyed :-(

Robo call saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.

Called left message a lawsuit has been filed call this number just as the other posts then called again only rang once.

Similar call twice today from this phone number, about an IRS law suit.  Definite scam.

7 mins ago. Actually called back but no answer. went to IRS site The IRS does not call you. They contact you by mail. What a wonderful world.
