I receive these calls constantly also, This is What I do. I let them make their sells pitch and I pretend to go along with them up too the point that they ask for my personal information. I then tell them I am not comfortable giving out that info at which time they become very abusive verbally. They tell me that they cannot believe that I would be so stupid as to let a good deal pass me by. I tell them thing like ,"I love paying bills" or 'send me the info in the mail" any thing that I know will irritate them, until they hang up. I enjoy messing with them. If you don't enjoy having a little fun with them, then I suggest you just hang up the phone or better yet don't even answer it.
They call me repeatedly as well. When I call back to say "don't ever call me again," there is nobody to answer the phone! I get put on hold then after a few minutes, I get told "goodbye" and get hung up on by the automated system.
We just got a call from this number and NO answer, hung up. The phone rang again and we answered again and No answer....husband got mad and said "answer me A******* " and he got an answer. Her name was Jessica and was advised to call by the STATE to offer lower gas prices. Our gas company does not provide gas but just supplies it and gets their cut too. We have been taken to many times with these lower rates. The rates are lower but all the other charges they put in with it ends up to be more then we were paying!
