Call came through to my direct work line and didn't leave a voicemail. This looks like a robocaller that sometimes connects the call to a live "telemarketer" who is actually a scammer. By calling the number back, folks are most likely putting their number on the robo-list of live numbers to further harass with robo/scam calls. Don't call them back. Don't waste time on the live scammer. These people don't follow the Do Not Call list; they are illegally harassing us all.

Got a call from this number. As with the other reports says "CSC" then a recorded diabetic something message. Tried to call back and complain but wouldnt let me.
I too am on the do not call list. There is a device I bought through amazon that blocks these jerks and works great. Cost me $80 and after you ID a telemaketer you merely enter the number and whenever they call back they get hung up on immediately. Your phone doesnt even ring. Highly recommend it. Digitone call blocker. One of the best investments I have made lately.
