I got a call at 3 a.m. last night from these people. Very annoying. The phone only rang once - just enough to wake me and cause me to lose a couple hours of sleep. Was going to ring them this morning but decided not to after reading some of these posts.
Everyone who has gotten a call from this number please read this on what to do. The more people who do this the better.
The phone # is a cell phone via Peerless Network of California, LLC. The company is a part of Peerless Networks. The CEO is John Barnicle. The address of this cell phone provider is listed below. Call, email and write to them to let them know this # is making illegal telemarketing calls. The calls are illegal as there is no existing business relationship, the calls are being made before 8am and after 9pm (middle of the night), and they are being made to unlisted and private cell phone #'s. They need to terminate service for this cell phone due to violation of their terms of service.

No information, no message. A Google search yielded the description of this number as a cell phone in San Francisco, CA.
This appears to be a random robo-call. After checking on Google, I try to block such numbers. Although my number is on a do-not-call list, it appears that little can be done to stop random calls other than blocking them one by one.
