This number calls me constantly! Same complaint as every other poster in this thread. Rarely rings back when I call them back. On the ocassions that it does ring back, I either get "this number is disconnected" or they never pick up. Calls come in at all hours of the day and night. Really, really annoying. Of course, the calls I get from China at one in the morning are also annoying.
