received call on my cell phone. I answered. After 10 seconds a recording came on and said "Hello! This is Paul. How are you today?" I responded "Good" Then line went quiet. I assume I was being transferred to another country. I hung up.
Received a call from San Francisco number 415-363-9638. Did not answer. No message was left. I'm no where near that area. I'm thousands of miles from where that call came from.
