If you have a iPhone you can just block the call, I'm a tit bag and know this. If you have a old iPhone you can't and if there calling a land phone no luck.

These IDIOTS call everyday. I have held online to tell them to stop calling and I have been on hold for minutes!!
They need to be reported for their harassing excessive phone calls.
I have tried calling the company back to ask to be on the do not call list. I called three times, each call was exactly 6 minutes long. The line was answered by an automated message and a classical piano song started playing (from the beginning of the song) and the automated message said, "Your call is important to us. Please stay on the line, and you will be connected with the next available agent.". It said that about 3 or 4 times and when the song ended it said, "Goodbye." and the call was ended. I've delt with a similar situation once before and it was a scam. They try to get you to buy their product and when you do they have you pay over the phone. Then when they don't provide the product you call, only to reach the same 6 minute long automated massage every time, and in the end it just hangs up on you. I'm not saying it is definitely a scam, but it is shady as hell that I called 3 minutes after I missed their call and was hung up on by an automated message.
When they call back answer the phone, if someone actually talks to you, start the conversation by saying, "I am notifying you now that this call will be recorded.". Ask their name (write this all down too, a diary or journal log will hold up in court even if they don't know your doing it, but it'll hold up better if you do notify them. If you have the capability actually record the call, don't just bluff) and tell them that you wish for them to not contact you anymore because you have no interest in their product and feel harassed. Then tell them that you've spoken with your attorney and WILL press charges for harassment if you are called again. And if you are, you can sue for harassment because you notified them that you were already feeling harassed, and you have evidence to prove so (if you want to deal with all of that).
