Left a 16-second recording saying "I hope we can count on you to join us in this discussion tomorrow. If you have any questions, contact our membership team at 757-213-8763." I checked that number as well, and it's a phone number in Virginia. I called 415-363-9736 and got a recording that said "We called you to participate in a call about current events...." (or something like that).
The caller ID said "Local Call" - yeah, I'm not going to fall for that, especially with a non-local area code. Then they left a recorded message that started in the middle of the message, but it referred to an 888 number which upon checking I see is the "Doctors Without Borders" phone number.
This is a great organization and I hate that they're trying to fool people with their "Local Call" BS.
