This number calls several times a day. I'm about to add it to my blocklist. Nobody is on the line when i answer. I did have charter and canceled my account. Would not go back if this is how they're going to treat their ex customers.
Caller stated he was from Charter Communications about discontinuing service at an address that was not mine. I hung up. The area code is from California and I do not live anywhere near there.

I received a call from this number at 8:52 PM, last night. I no longer live in an apartment, therefore I no longer needed/wanted their services. This telemarketer starts by saying, "You want to explain to me why you discontinued your services?" I told him, "First off, I no longer am renting an apartment, and I don't appreciate the attitude!" He then continues by asking me, "Well, where you live now...don't you need services there?" I, in turn, told him, "It's none of your business, and I think it's highly inappropriate to be calling me this time of night!" I then hung up on him.
I would NEVER recommend these people to ANYONE!!! You don't EVER harass ANYONE, because they no longer are your customer. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well last night after the bully from Charter was off the phone.
It is Charter Spectrum calling former or cancelling customers, trying to get you to re-up. Their retention/sales tactics are insane though. They really do try to manipulate and bully you in to buying services, using everything from scare-tactics to insults. I only cancelled cable/phone, but the attitude I got from this call has me looking for new ISP as well. Cannot recommend Charter Spectrum to anyone. Crazy, rude, bizarre customer service.
