If they were a real company they would follow do not call list but they are spam criminals looking for your private info. So do not complain about don't call list complain to your carrier why aren't they following FTC order to block robo calls

There is NO "FTC order to block robo calls" given to phone carriers.
Instead, the FTC has told carriers they (the FTC) will allow carriers to block such calls.
