I got fooled into thinking I was signing up for a texas roadhouse coupon. My phone browser would not exit from this site before I responded to a request for educational material. Since then I've been getting calls from this number. No voice mail is left when I don't answer.
one ring only and the phone goes dead. When numbers like these are identified they should be shut off! How annoying and if you answer it, you wasted a minute on your contracted minutes. Even more annoying.
