No messages left.  They call before 9AM and at dinnertime.  Irritating.  Called the number back.  Automated answer  "Thank you for calling ECR(?)" ....  Any ideas?

Any ideas? Yes pay your bills and theses people will stop calling.

They asked for my personal information, and when I refused to give it, they hung up.

I got a call from this number at 6:26 a.m. As soon as I picked up they hung up. It's crazy to bother people at 6:26 a.m.!!! Have no idea who is calling me, but it's very irritating
