Called four times from 1/20/16 to 1/23/16. Never left any message. Call is now blocked.

This is EMC Research - they do polling for campaigns/elections. Got a call past 9pm and woke me up (I get up at 4am for work) so NOT happy abut it. Call them back to let them know how you feel:

This number was none stop to call me but when I pick it up nobody answer.

This is a scam.  Keep calling and no answer from the caller.

Received a call but they didn't leave a message. Checked this site and looks like they're scammer. Blocked on my phone so they don't disturb me again.
