Who called from 4153692035

Just got a call from this number.  Have a family member visiting San Fran, so I picked up just incase it was them calling.  However, I could hear someone on the other end and nobody said anything.  Very annoying.  Don't bother answering if you see this number.  Just annoying.  Wondering how they got my number since I'm on the DO NOT CALL list. On the type of call, I'm going to put Prank Call--because that's what I consider this-when someone calls, breathes and does not speak.

I called it back and the message was some group pushing prop 23.  Makes sense.  It's election season.

Been receiving calls from this number for at least 2weeks now. Never a message. Called the number they left for "messages" and left two messages for the female volunteer's VM. Still am receiving calls from them. Morning, noon, night, and weekends. Put the number on my Automatic Reject List and it still gets through. Probably different extension. Infuriating.

Have gotten several calls in past few days- I never pick up, and they never say boo.

Have received 2 calls in the past 12 hours from this #.  If I don't know who it is, I don't answer.

I'm also on the national Do Not Call list, so don't know how they could legally do this (if a political action committee).
