The first guy called and started talking about our account and told him we did not have an account with him and then tried to tell me (the owner) that I did and we needed to go over the upgrades. When I declined, he got extremely nasty and screamed at me. Later that number called again asking a lot of questions to employee that stated he had no authorization over the account. I tried to call the number back, but it will say you are going to the marketing department, then on hold and finally hung up on. I tried calling 4 times! It is a BIG SCAM!!!
Called my workplace once, I answered and there wasn't anyone there. So I hung up. They immediately called back asking for the owner. I said they were not available and I asked if they would like to leave a message... The guy was so robotic he automatically told me to have a good day and hung up. Loud conversation in background just like a call center.
Called again this morning asking for the owner. I said that he wasn't in. Asked for a co-owner. I said there wasn't one. Said she would call back later. Ugh....
A male caller asking for the owner or co-owner of the business. I immediately hung up on him and he called right back in which i just repeated the process! Calls daily.
