Just answered a call from this number. Guy had a strong accent, but wasn't too hard to understand. Asked me about a site I owned and what kind of site it was. Something about being a simple site with only 1-5 pages, or another type. Then as he was still talking, the call disconnected.
My phone recorded an incoming call from this number. Shortly before that call was a call from on line advertising company viewing posts from craig;s list and Kijiji where I had just finished posting. I think they are fishing for business.

Got a call from this number, real person w/ accent wanting to put me on the front page of google searches. I told them no thank you and he hung up on me.
