I got the same call and when I called back I got some gentleman that couldn't speak English and when I told him to stop calling me he told me to "[***] off" . His name was Dave...

I received a call from this number today saying the same thing. I just hung up b/c the IRS will NEVER call you like that, they send a letter.

I also got a call claiming it was the IRS and they left a message to call 415-498-5002 immediately.  When I called the number, a man with a foreign accent answered.  I asked if this was the IRS and he said yes and asked for my name so he could look up my file and that I needed to answer some questions before I got arrested.  I hung up.
