Claim to be lawyers not debt collectors and that the company seeking payment attempted to collect for the last 6 years..... Now they're going to serve me with court papers from a 2009 loan for $210..... When i tried to make payment arrangements she became Rude and unprofessional, and proceeded to hang up on me. Her name was Lynn Hollister and when I tried to call back they kept putting me on hold. I wouldn't pay them if I was able to make arrangements cause I wouldn't trust them to give my money to who it's owed.

Recieved two calls in a span of about 45 minutes from each other - wanting to make sure I am home so the can serve me with legal papers to be served? Served with what? this was a recording and then abruptly hung up at the end of the call. Call recording lasted about 45 seconds in length - very vague - and I think they may have a wrong number!! very confusing.
