The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

In email as well, using Batch number. 682 claim going to garnish your bank account, they are the IRS called then at this number 4154137921, make it so bad, I don't owes tax, who is these people scamming and threaten to go into your account and how could they when no number issues or leaving a name who they is, just using the IRS name, claiming to be audit 2012 _2013 and also say claim they spoke with you and did a payment plan.
