Got a call from this number today (11/18/2015) at around 8 PM Mountain Time.  Caller ID was "Out of area 1-415-422-5648".  Anytime I don't recognize the number, I always let it roll thru to voice mail.  They didn't leave any message; so it's a safe assumption that it was no one I know or want to talk to.  I've now added their number to my Call Block List.
