They must get our numbers via apps that Facebook users who have added us as friends have installed (unknowingly).

Received this call this morning from a recording talking about Obama and back debt IRS nonsense. No debt here ... obviously bogus. Hung up on them...

I got a call from this number, tonight. I live in San Francisco. I let it go to voicemail and they didn't leave a message. I tried calling back and got a recording that said, "Press any number to be removed from this list. It will take 24 to 48 hours."
I pressed 2 and it just beeped three times and disconnected.
