I just received a call from this number and because it appeared to be a local number with "Clark Jane" as the caller I'd, I answered it. The caller identified himself as calling from "sustainable" something and asked how my day was. When I said that it was nighttime and I was putting my kids to bed, he said he would call me tomorrow. I then tried to tell him that I did not want him to do that, but he just ignored me and repeated himself. I then told him I was on the Do Not Call List and he said, "Oh ok. You want me to call you at 6am tomorrow." I tried to repeat myself but he had hung up on me. So rude. I immediately tried to call the number back but it is a disconnected number.
Caller ID said "Jane Clark". Number appeared somewhat local.
When I answered, the call sounded like it was transferred (robo-call) and a woman at the other end identified herself as Emma from California Energy... (blah blah blah) At that point, I hung up.
I Googled the number and it is registered to a residence in Belvedere.
Seems the caller (scammer) is spoofing a legitimate number.
Unless you know Jane or Andrew Clark, you should ignore or block this number.

Wow. Get this: Jane Clark was my neighbor. She moved several months ago, and obviously gave up her number. Now some scammer-spammer has it, and is hoping people will be inclined to answer because of an old caller ID!
