I did not talk but called back. The message stated it is not Bank of America, but HP. The caller id was mistaken. So, the original call may have been from Bank of America.
Got a call with disconnect as soon as I answered. Called back. Recording says "Please listen to this message. If this number was on your caller ID, it was placed there by mistake. Please disregard this call."
I'm guessing that it's a verifier, finding legitimate telephone numbers. Don't know who they represent.
