I lost my driver license and received a post card in the mail from a person by the name of John. The post card states he found my ID and thinks he has met me before and left (415)449-1519 on the postcard as a means to contact him for my ID. When in all reality he wasted a stamp because all he had to do is drop my ID in the mailbox and it would reach me.
I called and only a voice mail comes on. The phone does not even ring. I think this guy is a crazed nut and should be punished for playing with people he has not idea about.
This nut job calls my work and leaves extensive voice mails with awful music (his or recorded, not sure.) Sounds incoherent. I've gotten at least 5 voice mails in 1 week, all similar. My co-workers called him back one evening and he hung up on them and one time said he was trying to get the voice mail and didn't want to talk to anyone.
