the caller claimed he needed me to call back or my attorney representative if not have mercy on my soul. Isn't this a threatening type message if the alleged caller is a collection agent? I saved it and reporting the individual to the BBB and Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. This caller did not identify himself nor the agency representing. This is very unprofessional.
