Blue Shield of CA Robocall. It's purely marketing, not account related at all. I keep blocking these and they keep changing the number that they call from. Getting them at least once a week.
Called Blue Shield customer service today to get them to stop. Supposedly it's being "escalated" which probably means nothing.

Got calls from the same company claiming as Blueshield telling me to call toll-free 844-534-7322. I blocked their numbers previously but keeps coming back. Call time is around 3pm Monday 12/5/16.
Same Blue Shield garbage call but from a different 415 area code number. Robot tells me I need to call 844-534-7322 for something or other. Oh yeah, I'll get right on that.
