this number keeps appearing on machine. I refuse to pick up if they can not leave a message. I am on the do not call list both state and national. Apparently this one gets by. I think I'll get the state attorney general involved.
I was called today--we have DO NOT CALL LISTS in CT--If they call again I will report then to the State of Connecticut DO NOT CALL LIST and they will pursue them. Can't imagine why they called me--I drive a Sable.
It's just n insurance company who sells extended warranties for any car. If you've purchased a car in the last eon, then the car company you bought it from sold your name and number to this company for a profit. Then the extended warranty company tries to sell you an extended warranty on your car (there are now TV ads for this type of insurance) which might or might not pay if you "have an air conditioner problem" or "need to replace a transmission" on your now out-of-warranty car. It's just that they keep using that *damn* computer-generated auto dialing that bugs us the most because it calls before there is an actual person ready to talk to you.
Have been harrassed for 10 months by this company. They have called for another man that usd to have my husbands cell phone number. Not only are they rude and ignorant, they finally took us off the call list after I called them like 25 times in a row argueing with them. He told me I was harrassing him, I said good now you know what I want you to stop doing to us you idiot.
Today my husband answered the phone for the phone number 415-466-2106 and a the guy started asking about our vehicle, a Chrysler Town & Country. My husband started to inquire what company he worked for and all he said was that he "was a representative for that company." The guy would not state the company name. Hubby asked "do you work for Chrysler?" and he said "yes." So my husband asked "what is the name of your company?" and the guy responded "Go find someone else to [***]." and hung up on my husband.
America's Best Warranty is what the info says when you call back. My husband tried to speak to someone when he called back and they hung up on him.
