I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number. It was a robocall from an Officer named Heather Gray from the Internal Revenue Service. She said I should call her back as it was time sensitive and legal action would be taken against me. I have never been to California so therefore there is no reason why the IRS from that state should be contacting me in the first place. I will NOT return the call and wil have the number blocked from calling me again.
I don't know anyone in California who would be calling me and didn't answer this call because I didn't recognize the number. They left no mesage. White pages says it's a good number, no spam/scam reports, is a VoIP, and is based in Ignacio, California.
Said they were IRS. The IRS doesn't call they send letters. Bogus, We have IRS center near by and I would deal directly with them not someone calling from California.
Got a call, saying they are the IRS, I have had several calls saying I have been a suspect in a fraud and need to contact them immediately, I RS people do not call especially cell phones, I feel like reporting this number to a private investigator if it doesn't stop.
These people said I made mistakes on my taxes and fraud. Then the guy yelled at me on the phone and said, did anyone tell you to go to H and R Block? I told him not to tell and hung up on the moron.
