selling vacation package

I called back and it just rings but no one picked up. I think it's an automated system calling.

female voice, said "goodbye", disconnected. call to number not answered.

Picked up the call, heard "beep" and disconnected.

caller ("gary") said he recieved my number from a list of interested person of a vacation package and wanted to give me a $400 credit towards another package hewas selling.  i told him he was illegally calling a cellular phone and to remove me from any list he had.  he said he would.
