did not say anything when the receiver pick- up the phone. who's making this called and why?.

Phoned with offers of $4000 grant as part of stimulus package for new windows. Said I was interested but busy so asked for address and telephone number. They gave the name as The Window Factory, 902 Erwin St, San Rafael, CA and 1 800 449 6757 as the number. Then told them I would report them to do not call and not to phone again.

I recieved call from this number but they did not leave a message
