Female caller said she is calling from KOIT with a chance to win sonething. It sounded like it is a gimmick or possibly a come on or ?

Call From (415) 483-4082     Novato CA     Today 01:59 PM     lasted only 4 seconds
Whycallme says from " Ignacio, California .. Its exchange 483 is managed by AT&T - LOCAL - CA .. The number is currently on switch number SNRSCA010MD (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists)"
whatever that means - annoying bad guys, I guess

Also said they were from a radio station.  I hung up.

Fortunately they didn't get through. Thank you for this website. I will block this caller ASAP
