I have received several phone calls from this number, and also the party on the other end was middle eastern, he stated he was from " The Law Firm", I have been a victim of such before, so i gave them a piece of my mind and they hung up on me, they are now calling me again, leaving several vm, i am saving just might be helpful if they are caught and prosecuted. God bless them all !
said I owe a debt to usa cash advance and that the sherriff will be serving me a summons on this debt............I have never applied to this company for a loan..they said the last 4 digits were 1220..............NOT ME !!!!!!!! need to report them to the F.B.I. !!!!

A Ms. Kathy Wilson called from this number stating my husband Gilbert Smith took out a cash advance loan 10 years ago via online. I try to explain to Ms. Wilson that he has NEVER taken out such loan and she became very hostile. I went on further to explain to her (with my husbands permission) that he is not computer savvy enough to find such companies and he is the type to ALWAYS pay his debts on time and DO NOT believe in loans. I went on even further to inform her that 10 years ago we did not possess a computer and have not been residing at this address for 10 years. However; she kept insisting and even threatening him. My husband asked her to send the information to him via postal mail and she stated that she could not. The information can only be forwarded to an attorney. I also informed her that my husband have been the victim of identity theft before and she did not want to hear that. It was then I became very angry and said some very nasty things.
These people have been harassing me now for a few days. I basically let them have it, telling them they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people. One guy (all of them indian accents) told me that I was "dumb" and that my kids would be going to foster care. I thought I was going to flip out on him but instead I have been getting my revenge by blocking my number and calling them everday and messing with them....sometimes I act like I need to pay them money and wait until they think I am going to pay them and then freak out on them- other days I just call and say they are being recorded for a lawsuit that is taking place against them, and sometimes I just breathe loudly in the phone. I know its super immature but boy it feels good! ha ha. I also called my local sheriffs department and General Attorneys Office.
