So this number (4154846151) calls my work looking for me while I am getting an MRI done on my shoulder. My office receptionist took down the above number and the name John Smith for me. I called them back and they had my full name date of birth and social security number. The guy said they were going to take me to court and sue me over an unpaid cash advance loan for $699.73. Also that I will be served with 6 months of imprisonment due to failure of paying back the loan company. (Easy Cash USA) They said they couldn't give me a specific date on when the loan was made or when it was deposited into my account. (which never happened) He said within the past 2 years and 3 months. Not an exact date. Online loan places such as this one hand out/sell all your personal info to scamming companies/people like this to make a buck. Then these guys give you a call and ask for a curtain random amount to be payed before they take you to court. Its just their way of scaring you into depositing money into their account or sending them a legit check and then they "wont take you to court if you pay it off." Ignore these people and tell them to get bent and that you know about their scam. I would go change your bank account if I were you which I will be doing and put a hold on your ssc#.
These jerks started calling me yesterday,but I dont answer calls I dont know.They started leaving voicemails stating my lawyer or myself needs to call them.As soon as I heard that I started looking up their number.How dumb do they think I am. I am looking foward to them calling me again so they can get a piece of my mind.
I TOO WANT A PIECE OF MIND. THEY GAVE ME THE 1-415-484-6151 NUMBER TO CALL TO TALK TO THIS ATTORNEY. I GET GETTING AN ANSWERING MACHINE, OR YOUR PARTY IS NO LONGER ON THE LINE A LOT. I DID GET SOMEONE AND I GAVE THEM MY NAME AND WHAT I WAS CALLING ABOUT AND THEY WANTED THE PHONE NUMBER I GOT THE CALL ON. I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT PEOPLE WERE REPORTING THIS NUMBER AS A SCAM. I GOT THIS JACK LATER AND WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE THING AGAIN AND HE HUNG UP BECAUSE I SAID SCAM AGAIN. I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID HE WAS MIKE ANDERSON, THE ATTORNEY, AND WOULDN'T BE GIVING ME ANYMORE INFO. BECAUSE I CALLED HIS COMPANY A SCAM AND TO LET GOOGLE SAVE ME. I HAD MENTIONED THAT I HAD GOOGLED THE NUMBER AND THE MIKE ANDERSON NAME. THE CALLS CAME FROM STINSON BEACH, CA. I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS IS NOT LEGIT FOR SOME REASON. I DON'T KNOW ANY REASON WHY IT WOULD BE.
I also got a couple calls from this same number 415-484-6151 and the guy gave me the exact same story that everyone else has reported. I too filed a complaint with the FTC and when I tried calling them back, guess what? NO ANSWER! HA...people really think Americans are stupid lol. Anywho, I guess I'll be sued over something by someone who doesn't exist, so maybe I'll get me a non-existent lawyer so if they call back, I can give them the information they want.
