I agree 100%. They "Robo Call" without answering or notifying. Legal violation number 1. I'm on "Do Not Call List" Violation number 2. I call back and press option 1 to speak to Customer Service. Of course no one is available and they never even give their company name. Why would anyone do business with someone who doesn't care about the law, doesn't respect your wishes and knows the are wrong so they put you in a loop and won't answer with their Company name? Hopefully no one.
