Magazine subscription service. They won't stop calling, even when I indicate that I don't want to talk to them ever again. They keep asking for contact information updates to continue to receive a free subscription to an industry magazine.
I suspect it is from a collection agency posing as a survey or subscription service trying to verify they are reaching the right number and then a second call will come from the agency itself.
