This number with the initials CFM showed up on my credit card statement. when I call the number I get the same recording no one available to take my call and then they hang up. I have never heard of this place before.
For the past year this businees has been trying to sneak in a monthly $19.95 charge. I changed credit card numbers and in a few months it started appearing again.
I have this number as well. 415-503-2400 is for Atom Entertainment, shockwave, nickarcade, etc.
Signed up for a 10 day FREE trial on shockwave on a Friday night on Monday they charged me $59.40. I have been trying to contact them since then to have the charges reversed.
When you call the number they tell you to use the contact sheet on their site that they do not provide phone support - although they give me an option to get to customer service.
So now I have a $59.40 charge, $18.00 overdraft fee, and a long distance call charge - and still nothing is resolved.
I received unauthorized account activity on my PayPal Debit Card as "Purchase-SHOCKWAVE STORE,415-503-2400,CA,"
Funny thing is, I have never even used the debit card, nor have I ever bought any online "Shockwave" games of any kind.
PayPal has been notified and they have disabled my card. I destroyed it. Whoever these people are, they are scammers.
