Guy wanted to know if I was interested in his oil/natural gas drilling projects in Texas and Oklahoma. I wasn't

Someone called from 415.503.9486 on my cell phone When I called back I found out this was not a working number.

This number calls my work phone number.  When I answer there is never anyone on the line.  I have tried to call the number back and it is listed as out of service.

Same as CT above - started getting this call today, but no message left, when I tried to call back, the number was no longer in service.
