Who called from 4155087916

Sends fake PayPal emails trying to get you to send him stuff. He makes it look like he's paid you but hasn't. Goes by Steve.

Said he has private money to lend call left messages asking for personal information.

Says that he is a private lender from Ontario, asks for money up front.Does anyone know if he does live in Ontario ?

Just a thought: your caller says he's a private lender from Ontario, and yet he's using a California phone number??

As an aside, I checked to see if I could find any information about the number.  This is what phonevalidator.com says:

VoIP could be anyone, anywhere, and if the number is spoofed, that should be another red flag as to the legitimacy of the caller.

This ask me to send him a money gram for a process fee for. $700.00 for a loan he going to give me, why not take it out the loan I ask him, he told me he counld'nt do that, that I have to send him a money gram, no way Jesus do talk to me.
