Keeps calling, but not leaving a message

I am also getting phone calls from 415-523-1121 caller ID says cell phone but they are not leaving a message.

I see other people have been having the same problem I have with this phone #. I just checked caller ID someone called from a cell phone --- phone # is 415 - 523 - 1121 and they are not leaving a message
