This is a collection company called Cypress Professional Services. They called me BEFORE my bill was due (had made payment arangements) and were asking where my payment was. I told them if they called me ONE MORE TIME before my due date, that I would take them to court and have the bill dismissed. This is harrassment and unfair collection practices.
I had phone recorder off and received call from 1 415 545 0009 and no one said anything. Then 1 415 545 0073 called and I yelled in their ear to stop calling. Immediately they both called back but I had recorder on that time and it says: "This number is on the no call list. I do not answer the phone or return messages to people I don't know".
I recently subcribed to ATT Privacy manager. The whole idea was to STOP this kind of phone calls. I have now received 2 calls from "Privacy Manager" @ 415-545-0073 & 415-545-0009. How does one get off the merry-go-round
I received a call from 415-545-0009. Privacy Manager and the phone # showed up on my caller ID. I ignored the call, and then the phone rang again and caller ID showed "TAKE A MESSAGE" . I let the phone ring and the caller identified themselves as AETNA, trying to sell me some kind of health insurance - unintelligible message in some sections.
