Left no message but called 4 times in a row.  I bet it is a scam.

Five ring hangup call with no message.  CallerID: [No Name]

Some automated message about taking a survey. Received multiple anonymous/weird 15+ digit phone numbers (all silent when picked up) before this call came in.
