yes.  i called it back and it ut me on forever hold with badly recorded classical music.  I think it is from when i inquired from ehealth about insurance.  I have been innundated with calls from states where I do not know anyone.  I have had calls from California, Virginia, Connecticut, etc.

Same thing happened to me

Health insurance exchange, asked them last week not to call. Call twice daily since then hang up when you answer.

Same here, 30 random calls a day since I responded to an Obamacare email...yay

This is the 3rd phone call I have received today.  Same thing, leaves no message.  I will not answer unless I know whose calling
