I see a lot of complaints about this number so why is the FCC not doing something about it. I will not answer a number I do not know. They did not leave message of course

I'm guessing they just dial numbers sequentially or at random.
This call was a sophisticated computerized artificial-intelligence program that combined speech recognition with a healthy variety of possible responses including some catch-alls for when it would be stumped.
Described itself as "I'm a real person but I'm using a computer for quality-control purposes", "I'm a paid fundraiser" and, when asked outright if it's a computer: "Ha ha ha! Do I sound that bad?".
I finally convinced it to say it would put me on its Do-Not-Call list. But since it's the second call I got from its ilk, I somehow doubt its sincerity...
