Caller said he is a contractor. But he used a name that we use in the phone book. Don't believe this is a real call. Maybe they just want some information such as a credit card number. Told him he reached a Do Not Call Number and I will sue him if he calls again.
Got call from jerry from smart construction about doing some work on a nieghbors house on my street . Full of crap i live on a private road. I live in AC 415 so I answered. Some moron asked if I was "my last name". I asked "my last name" who? He said he didn't know and hung up. I can't waste my blocked numbers on 415 numbers. But this is getting annoying. I have blocked many area codes but can't do 415. I think the crooks have fine tuned their robo calls to fit an unused number in the same area code as the number they are dialing. I just started getting 415 calls about 5 months ago.
