Who called from 4155784024

I keep receiving calls from this number but won't answer. How can I block these spams?

How can I block this number?

This annoying number keeps calling several times a day.  I simply ignore the calls.  Don't know how to put an end to these calls.

This # calls everyday and says "Metro recovery" the caller id says from San Rafael CA. I have no issues with my credit whatsoever so I will not get sucked in! I can find no listing for Metro recovery in San Rafael or a website or anyway to verify scam or not , or to send a cease and desist a physical address is required. These are annoying people that need to stop bothering people.
