I received a call from this 415-578-5105 phone number and this AA caller left no message. The AA does not stand for the legitimate organization Alcoholics Anonymous. I had received previous calls before from this AA caller using a different phone number other than the above number. He purports to be soliciting donations to support police.
Robo caller, 4 times to new number. Robo call recorded on answering machine. "Can I speak to the man or lady of the house?" Then a pause, followed by "Hello, are you there?" Then another long pause before the machine cuts it off.
Has called several times left message "Is Jessica there, hello are you there?" Like a damn telemarketing stunt. Says AA on caller ID...called number back said they could not answer, busy with other patrons, leave message-right lol... It's scam crap do not engage in any way with these blow hards.
My call was NOT a robo call. This guy has called twice asking for Jennifer on my phone voicemail. On 3rd call I answered and told him there is no Jennifer here, and then proceeded to solicit money for the police. I told him I am on the Do Not Call list and he said that DNC does not apply to the police! ..... ok..... So I told him to just stop calling, not that he will. All 3 times he called were with different ID #'s San Rafael CA 415-578-5105, Carmel CA 831-250-6707, and Anaheim CA 714-204-5000. Obviously, blocking numbers with not stop this jerk.
