Got a text from this number saying unbelievable Cody then gave me a link to twitter

LoL Dean and a link that I didn't follow. Looked it up and am reporting it here.

Received this txt on my phone and it read: 415-589-9686  HaHa Kathy http://y.c.o/q9dH0gMo.  I replied "who are you" and no response... So I am reporting it.
